We find immense joy in photographing weddings and elopements, and we would love to share with you who we are and how we approach photography of this kind. Also, if you are german speaking; Kim is born and partly raised in Germany so she is fluent in German.

The journey to Blik Studio began 8 years ago when we met in photography school. Soon we joined forces in wedding photography. We've loved it from the start, and have grown and flourished since. In 2020 we felt it was time to house our passion for photography, and that's when Blik Studio was born.
Blik derives from the Icelandic word augnablik, augnablik translates to moment, and blik signifies a gleam or ray of light. Perfect, right?!

In this presentation we find it crucial to give you an idea of the flow of the day when you're deliberating whether our team is the right fit as your photographers. When entrusted to document your day, our approach is unobtrusive and our presence is subtle, allowing you and your loved ones to enjoy the moment without distraction.

We are dedicated to enhancing your experience of having cameras with you throughout the day, aiming to make that journey as delightful as possible. Our focus lies on fostering a relaxed and friendly atmosphere throughout the entire process.

Now, about our photography style. It much reflects our style of living; modern but nostalgic. We love the blend of both digital and film cameras. It's the fusion of modern technology and timeless nostalgia that allows us to craft images that are not just snapshots but visual stories with depth and character.
